What is this for?

I have, as most people, thoughts and opinions. Some of this might be that, but for the most part, I am going to use this as a place to teach songwriting to people. There’s many things you should consider when writing lyrics.

Even experienced songwriters might find some thought here in this series, that could spark inspiration for something they can write. It’s at least worth the gander for the topics that interest you.

So, here we go, thanks for stopping in and let’s see if I can post something that helps you on your pursuit of songwriting. Keep in mind, I am not perfect. I am not the Lords gift to songwriting. I am not even special, I just have written a lot of songs, and have a bit of insight. Hopefully you find something here beneficial.
