If you have lyrics, and you ARE wanting me to write any lyrics, or fix issues, this is the gig for you. From editing your song, including adding filler lines, or even final lines to fix the song, all the way to finishing your song, writing in bridges or choruses, what ever the song might need to be finished.

I have two different options here.

Lyric Editing - $60

Lyric Editing is just what it sounds like. You have a finished song, and I come in and point out problem areas, things that need to change, and I explicitly mark what needs to be reconsidered, even making suggestions for new line, filler lines and final lines. For this gig, you need to have the song finished, at least you believe it’s finished or very close. My goal for this gig is to find problem areas you might have missed versus writing the song or parts of the song for you. This is a good gig for the last step for lyrics. It’s not really a middle process gig.

Lyric Writing- $125

For this gig you must have the song started, the idea present and made an attempt at the lyrics. I then go off those lyrics and finish the song. Not only telling you what needs to change, where I would improve, but I give examples with filler lines, or even final lines. By the end of this gig, you will have a complete lyrical song that you are completely satisfied with. Also, in some cases, I will have to write you a custom chorus or bridge to finish the song up, which is a part of this gig. So if I need to write a verse, chorus or bridge, I don’t mind. This is the gig for that. This can be a middle of the process gig. However, if you need me to write the entire song based off your idea, basically a beginning of the process gig, that would be the “Custom Song Lyrics Gig”.

The difference between FILLER LINES and FINAL LINES is a filler line is a place holder that is in correct form. It fits the song, right amount of syllables, the right rhyme, and makes sense to the song. Most times it fits all that, but you know it could or should be better. So it holds place to remind you what goes there should look like. But, a filler line can also refer to a line I write in a spot that you plan to change just so you know you wrote the line that went there. Even though you own 100% of my work. I take zero credit and ownership. A final line is a line that is destine or expected to make the Final Cut of the lyrics.
